Serves clients by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Processes tenant referencing applications and handles sensitive data inline with our Data Protection and Privacy Guidelines. Adequately assesses prospective tenant suitability by demonstrating attention to detail. Accurately completes and prepares comprehensive reports for clients.
Duties
- Conducts administrative tasks, demonstrates ability to prioritise and multitask
- Works efficiently without supervision and manages client expectations
- Contacts, obtains and verifies information from relevant parties
- Works to strict deadlines and consistently communicates progress to client
- Seeks alternative methods and uses initiative to avoid unforeseen delays
- Opens customer accounts, records and maintains account information
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Maintains customer relationships and ensures customer loyalty through excellent customer care
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Identifies growth development potential by highlighting sales opportunities
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Arranges meetings with new/existing clients and supports Sales Team
- Contributes to team effort by delivering against strategic and business objectives

Job Purpose
Builds market position within rental market by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, forging and closing business relationships.
Duties
- Initiates sales process by discovering and exploring business/sales opportunities
- Locates, contacts and successfully qualifies potential clients
- Builds lasting relationships and establishes alliances/partnerships that build founding blocks for future business
- Schedules appointments and effectively presents the value of our services and products
- Closes new business by examining client needs, overcoming objections and coordinating their requirements
- Develops, negotiates and prepares contracts that integrate with business goals
- Delivers regular sales reports and generates leads with the aim of creating more sales to meet business targets and objectives
